Thousands of dogs enter Crufts 2012

Kennel Club entry figures for Crufts reveal that around 26,000 dogs will be making their way to NEC in Birmingham from 8-11 March 2012, with a record number of overseas entries. In total 21,029 dogs have been entered into breed judging, Agility and Obedience Championship and the highest ever entry has been recorded for the Breeders' Competition with 49 teams and 196 dogs entered. Thousands more dogs will take part in other aspects of the competition, including Discover Dogs, Friends for Life and the Good Citizen Dog Scheme ring.
